You will find that almost all commmunity development block grants are tied in some form to sustainable growth and regional planning "master plans" (Agenda 21).
HUD housing...... standardized. Watershed and storm drainage, air quality, land use, parks and recreation, wetlands restoration. Every aspect is mentioned in the Agenda 21 master plan.
I will learn of them tonight though.
Had I know about Agenda 21 sooner I would have been active in working to bring about it's downfall.
