Of course it wasn't staged. Who's gonna go up to that soldiers mother and tell her "ok, now, when the camera is on you i want you to reach down and hug the Iraqi lady, kay?"?
Liberals, like Chris Mathews, just can't understand people that really care about their country. That's what those two ladies were emotional about.
