It should absolutely be modeled on TSP...I hope that it is. Simple, well diversified, and ridiculously inexpensive.
You can go lump sum if you want though...
I hope the TSp is modeled on the Vanguard Fund model. I wouldn't mind putting my 4% into a VX-500 fund with no load and minimal fees.
