I about started crying during the honoring of the parents of the Marine, (the Norwoods), and then when the Iraqi woman hugged Mrs. Norwood. Wow, that was touching...

Absolutely. That is the PIC of the day and the highlight of the speech, emotion-wise, no doubt. I think a lot of here feel that way.

If the media were worth a darned, that would be the pic on the front page of the newspapers tomorrow.

I wouldn't bet on that. That might unify the nation behind the mullahs. Even with XXX-42 as president, if our country was bombed I would get behind him on fighting the attackers. (Although when it happened under him, we shot a couple cruise missiles at empty tents and then forgot about it).
