I have two AD WARE thingees in my computer. Neither my Norton or my Ad Aware can get rid of it.

Am tech challenged and don't know what to do.

I doubt Norton will do much against adware. You've tried Ad-Aware SE and it failed? Try "Spybot - Search & Destroy" (link above). Many people (myself included) use both Ad-Aware SE & Spybot, since one will often catch something the other misses.

Make sure you update Spybot before scanning. You may also want to download Antidote Superlite and scan your system. I know from experience that Antidote can find things (virii, trojans) which Norton can miss.

Try Spybot & Antidote first, & see what they find.

It also helps to boot up in Safe Mode so that the adware cant recopy itself etc as your adware remover does its thing.
