I only know what David Gibbs said: that there is to be a hearing re the DCF investigation into charges of abuse/neglect of Terri THIS WEEK, and that he is confident the truth will come out. He did not predicate his confidence on getting the permission of Michael to see Terri. I have no idea what this hearing will consist of, but I look forward to finding out.
