I don't think Michael would have a choice. I know that when DCFS does an investigation no one gets to decide whether or not to cooperate.
You are correct. The DCF can to to Hospice Woodside to visit and they don't have to ck with Michael. But, no doubt, the Hospice front desk would alert him if they did go there.
