Greer has been acting in the role of both judge and guardian ad litem in the case, refusing to appoint an independent guardian ad litem---a prohibited role that would render his orders null and void by statute.

But no higher court in FL will challenge the popular George W. Greer, reelected last summer with 65 percent of the ballots of "enlightened" FL voters.

Maybe its time to put a little fear into Greer with a threat of a recall petition or picketing or exposure of his corrution.
