Judge George Greer Making Mockery Of Florida Judicial System
Fraud on the court? Or is it fraud IN the court?
That’s the question in the Sixth Circuit Court of Pinellas-Pasco Counties in Florida in the case of Terri Schindler-Schiavo.
Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer is making a mockery out of the judicial system with his blatant disregard for the U.S. and state Constitutions and the Florida statutes----in particular the laws concerning guardianship.
Greer has been acting as judge, jury, attorney, guardian ad litem in the Schiavo case as well as witness for the plaintiff in the case, Michael Schiavo, the estranged husband and guardian who seeks to have the court impose a verdict of death upon his wife by ordering the removal of her feeding tube.

Greer has been acting in the role of both judge and guardian ad litem in the case, refusing to appoint an independent guardian ad litem---a prohibited role that would render his orders null and void by statute.
Attorneys for Terri’s parents, Mary and Robert Schindler who have steadfastly opposed Schiavo’s efforts to achieve a court-imposed murder, have argued that Greer has a conflict of interest in acting in his dual role of judge and guardian ad litem in addition to violating the brain-damaged woman’s Fourteenth Amendment right to due process.

The last thing Greer has ever dispensed from his court is due process. Sounds like grounds to me ... who will pursue this judicial abuse??? Prayers AND ACTION for Terri!!!
