What good is the Advocacy Center if they have to get MS permission to examine Terri? Why wouldn't they answer the question of the delay in their final report when some freepers contacted them. ExPat didn't you call?
This has raised new questions? Does the Advocacy Center have any real authority to do anything? What good can they do if they have to get permission to see a person from someone who wants that person dead?
Q. Exactly what medical records did McCabe view?
A. Exactly the ones Felos wanted to show him!
If he had examined the bone scan and reportedly (if my memory is right) that MS should have reported that to the authorities. What about the physician who wrote the report on the bone scan. Doesn't the physician have the ethical responsibility to inform DCF when there is such clear evidence of extreme trauma to Terri's bones?
There is a stink rising above the state and it seems like it may smell worse before it smells better.
What limitations apply to police officers who fail to fully investigate? Recall there was an article which stated that the case was turned over to homicide but they didn't follow through. Who dropped the ball? Where did they drop it?
