If I Recall Correctly...
Can you be more specific about what you wrote? Which motion of Discovery was Felos acting on? Was it the Discovery related to the court case for removing Michael as Guardian? Is that why Felos did a "document dump" Did he do this in open court? Just dump a pile of papers on Gibbs table? I am terribly interested in these "documents" are they just medical records, is there financial information in there as well?
I don't remember the details, except that one of Terri's FReepers mentioned that the legal team that's fighting for her life had received a really huge quantity of unsorted papers. I don't know if all of the papers have been inventoried yet, but apparently there were quite a few juicy nuggets in there.
I have the feeling that Felos is getting tired, anybody else have that feeling? He seems like he is getting lazy and sloppy. For quite a while now he has gotten away with not responding and the Courts just rule in favor of Michael and Felos, without Felos bothering to do anything. Is he getting tired or does he know that soon facts will come out that will ruin their plans? Opinion anyone. More info on these "papers" is so greatly appreciated.
My guess is that Greer had gotten lazy because he knew Terri had to die to prevent his earlier sloppiness from coming to light; he figured that even if he made a mistake that caused a judgement to be overturned, it would be remanded to him for a "do-over". Felos then started perceiving that he could do anything he wanted and Greer would go along with it. If, as suggested by his book, he has a God complex (i.e. thinks he is one), he may have gotten very careless not realizing that while he didn't have to be careful with Greer, he did have to be careful with Terri's parents' lawyer.
