Guess this guy doesn't know of the crimes.. wonder what rock he's been hiding under.
Rep. Will Kendrick, D-Carrabelle, concurred that there is little chance of a special session or swift legislative action. Kendrick called it "a very difficult case" but said the courts that have examined the facts and the law should handle it.
"In a marriage, I believe the spouse is the one who ultimately has to make that kind of decision," Kendrick said.
He should just crawl back under his rock.
