Subject: Re: Terri Schiavo Emergency: Call Sens. Hatch and Graham: Emergency

Dear Fr. Pavone and Ms. Worthington:

I have been asked by Florida Free Republic.com members who are trying to save Terri's life to once more urge contact with Senator Orin Hatch of Utah, and also to add Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.

These men need to know that Terri has been held in a hospice for five years paid for by Medicaid even though she was never dying, and that her stay there has been very abusive. My fellow warriors for Terri tell me they have personally informed the USDOJ and the USHHS Cabinet Depts. about this and urged them to investigate it as well as her abuse as a disabled person and her lack of civil rights in never having herself represented in court by counsel, but they have done nothing so far.

SURELY YOU KNOW, IT APPEARS FL IS ABOUT TO STARVE/DEHYDRATE HER NOW, TO HER DEATH. I want someone who is more important than lowly little me to impress on these Senators that if the state of Florida starts putting Terri to death, only the Feds could stop it, and that they are as obligated as the state to enforce the laws, rules and regulations that can save her life. Fr. Pavone and Priests for Life could get a foot in that Senate door that I could not get into.

Please....and thank you in advance if you will do this!

Subject: Re: Terri: Call Sen. Hatch

Personal to Fr. Pavone:

I heard Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah speak on the Senate floor the other day, and he was exposing judicial corruption in an Illinois county. He said that junk lawsuits always win the day there, because the system is so rigged against the plaintiffs, there is no justice possible. A rigged system and no justice? I immediately thought of Terri!

So I e-mailed him, and encouraged others to do so and/or to call his office about getting the DOJ and the HHS on the hook for not investigating the probable attempted murder, ongoing abuse and upcoming murder of the disabled Terri - who is in a hospice(even though she is not dying) being paid for by Medicaid and whose injuries very possibly at her husband's hand have never been investigated by the state - in that not just state standards but federal standards have been broken in her case. Please, Fr. Pavone, will YOU get in touch with Sen. Hatch? He needs to stop this crime by making a statement and calling the heads of DOJ and HHS and the President if needed...because {{{the system in Pinellas county and most of FL cannot or will not protect this child of God.}}}

Even the SCOTUS refused to hear the Gov.'s case because they relied on false "facts" developed by Judge Greer, who cannot wait to kill Terri.

I just called Mr. Hatches office. I had to call twice because I forgot to mention some things. There might be possible federal investigation but it is unknown because they weren't being very forthcoming. I left my name the second time. First time said about her being held in Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Inc. for 5 years. She's not terminal and that she is on Medicaid. Second time to give my name and say Hospice is violating Americans with Disabilities Act in which expressly prohibits denying a substantially disabled patient in the United States of America nor permitting the authorization of any representative or Guardian of an individual with a disability “to decline food, water, medical treatment, or medical services for that individual” There was a different person the second time.. said he would relay it to the Senator but that he had to go.. basically cut me off so I couldn't read the Section numbers of the Code itself.
