Public employees tend to be liberal and therefore most but not all are unlikely to be sympathetic to the Schinlders. Many also dislike taking a rash of calls. They often have the philosophy: the calls come and go, but I am always here!
I'm glad I can't understand their reasoning. I'm curious, but I really don't want to know.
