well, not legally anyway but since when have George Felos and Michael Schiavo played legally. According to the court records and David Gibbs, the Schindlers' attorney, Greer issued a bench order in October, 2004 that said the tube could not be removed without further authorization from the court (Greer). Therefore, it would certainly appear to me that if MS and Felos proceed in their death march that it's a total contempt of court. Maybe if Felos tweaks Greer enough times, Greer will start to rule against him and start applying the rule of law-----like removing Michael Schiavo as the guardian for egregious violations of the state guardianship law
