Maybe hino's been a pawn but he can't get off scott free IMO, and this is getting very HOT Given a choice between having the HINO escape punishment for the attempted murder, but being put out of Terri's life, and having the husband receive the needle for a successful murder, which would you prefer?
If HINO can help convict Felos and Greer, so much the better, but if a state's-evidence deal means he gives up trying to kill Terri (and prevents Felos/Greer from doing so) even that'd be enough in my book.

You're right. We are doing this for Terri and if he'd cop a plea and maybe pay a civil penalty only, or get out of her life completely, Yes, you are right.
