Breaking on FNC
Pleease tell me they got this on video...
ha maybe she wont be the nominee after all
Really now, we don't wish bad health on anyone, even Hillary, but I do want to see video. Chances are she just swooned at something brilliant she said... "got the vapors"....or...could be she locked those knees together..happens all the time to soldiers, and their knees aren't half the size of hers.
Seriously now.....if Hillary had any indication this was more than just standing too long without eating, she would be hospitalized in a nano second for testing.
"as speaking had stomach illness feeling weak and collapsed - Perhaps stomach flue."
I think Swine flu is most likely.
What's unbelievable is that the media is acting like this is a big deal. The network news broke into RUNSH's show with this. She has the stomach flu for crying out loud. So does a million other people in New York.
It's odd.
A US Senator goes down...and she won't be taken in for medical observation?!!!!
Stomach bug or not...
Something does not add up with that.
Will the MSM now use her going down as a reason not to talk about the success of the Iraqi elections when they appear on the first weeknight tonight?
hmm......convenient
"Isn't it awful that one's first thought about her, a former First Lady, is that this was a political stunt?"
An attempt to upstage the Iraqi election success?
My mommy cares about me, you, you, you bad person, you....
Amen! I'm with you but I have to admit that it's difficult sometimes.God requires us to love our enemies -- it's possible that Hillary could turn out to be the next Chuck Colson and we don't want to be the obstruction that keeps her from doing so.
Not true. Haven't you seen the recent spate of articles about 50+ and even 60+ year old women having babies?
She'd have to use a 'donor egg,' as did Elizabeth Edwards. But the Slickster's sperm might still be viable (albeit damaged from drug use)!
And, it would do NOTHING to enhance her career/ambitions
If Hillary thought it would enhance her chances of winning the White House, you can bet the ranch she'd do it!
Don't forget that JFK got Jackie pregnant so that she'd "show" just in time for the last few months of the 1960 election campaign.
More recently, Jim McGreevey did that for his last gubernatorial election here in New Jersey. Poor baby.
looks like Limbaugh is reading this thread... he just borrowed your snide remark.
Or maybe all of our minds just run in the same track.
Rush says brave Hillary refuses to go to hospital and will give her speech!
Too bad its buried I think I'll make it my new tagline
And, of course, as we all know: this is hugh.
Rush is swipin' posts from FR, eh?
I suppose we oughta be flattered...
OK, well, I hadn't realized the towns were adjoining one another. Buffalo is more recognizable as to where it's at in NY, I've heard of Amherst University, so, that makes sense. :)

Hillary Clinton collapses at appearance

BUFFALO -- Sen. Hillary Clinton collapsed during an appearance here Monday before delivering a speech on Social Security.
Colleen DiPirro, president of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, told WBEN-AM radio that Clinton told the crowd she was feeling weak and had had a stomach virus. Clinton started to speak then collapsed, DiPirro told the radio station.
Clinton, 57, was scheduled to speak today at a Catholic college despite protests from anti-abortion groups and reluctance from the Catholic diocese. She was expected to discuss health care, not her pro-choice stance on abortion -- the cause of the protesters' anger.
Several hundred people were waiting to hear that address. There were also hundreds of pro-life protesters waiting at the college.
Clinton's lecture was scheduled to be on "Corporal Works of Mercy" in government. WBEN reported on its Website. The radio station also said Catholic Charities had originally signed-on as a sponsor for the Canisius College lecture series, but dropped out when it was learned Clinton would take part. Clinton is a vocal supporter of choice when it comes to abortion. Protestors complain her liberal views on abortion should not be welcomed at a Catholic University.
Clinton was not being paid for her lecture, and she did not plan on discussing abortion as part of her lecture, WBEN said.
The Buffalo News on Friday reported that the Catholic bishop of Buffalo, The Most Rev. Edward U. Kmiec, was not pleased that Canisius College invited Clinton to campus but that he was allowing her to speak Monday at the Catholic school.
He said the invitation had been made without input from the diocese, and that the offices of Church Ministry and Catholic Charities had pulled their sponsorship of the lecture.
In September, her husband, former Pres. Bill Clinton, 58, underwent quadruple bypass surgery.
No, that's the route to Heaven.
