---under a flat tax there is no change to the 16 amendment--we will still have an income tax! we will still spend billions/year in compliance and we will still have a 20,000 page tax code
---under a flat tax illegal immigrants, and those conducting illegal activity will still pay nothing in taxes
is a flat tax better than what we have now...yes
is a flat tax better than the fair tax....no
