"Russert has never been a friend of conservatives"
Several months ago I might have disagreed but now....
The big question mark I have now is Brian
Williams. I haven't witnessed any left wing bias so far but the jury is still out.

Williams claims to be a Rush Limbaugh listener. It he is not lying, that may help with his perspective.

If you have any doubts about Brian Williams tune in NBC this morning. He and that sniveling Campbell Brown are doing their best to downplay the 70%+ turnout.

The comments on the Iraqi elections live thread would illustrate that left wing bias.

On MTP this morning, Williams was asked by Russert how things were going in Iraq. Williams went out of his way to accentuate the negative. The general mood he said was "unease". After having watched Fox for an hour or two and then even MSNBC and CNN, this was startling. Even Rather gave a "great news" report about the election in Iraq.
Now how this all happens is anyone's guess, but there it is .
