That's higher than the most pessimistic estimates.... we can call it a victory. The Sunnis didn't show up as much as the Kurds and Shiites did - but enough of them showed up to make the election result credible. Considering all the terrorist insurgent/jihadi intimidation - its a pretty good turnout among ALL population groups. Iraq came through its baptism in democracy with flying colors!

That Sunni voter turnout percentage may be shown to increase as time goes on as well. Darned good turnout overall.
