I'm in San diego. about five minutes ago a neighbor set off five full minutes of fireworks. It's a very diverse little neighborhood. My guess.....celebration! Woo-Hoo!

Yeah, either it could be marines who served in Iraq or local Iraqis. Either way, good for them. I hope, in the coming year, we have more to celebrate.
