Christine Amanpour's not happy unless she sees misery, death and failure. The Left, not just the Democrats but their water carriers in the legacy media as well have made an emotional investment in another American defeat and it must be painful to them it isn't happening. I'm an optimist and always felt things will be better than they seem. And they are! I don't know how liberals can go through life being negative and disparaging about everything. That's not the America I know and love.

no kidding.....I'm optimistic too but still pragmatic. I won't get sucked in too far but some like you say seem so pessimistic and defeatist that any good news does not fit into their social mores or something.....
