In a non-rigged coin toss there would be heads and tails, mixed. If you specify any one particular pattern of coins before hand and the coin-tosser matches that exact pattern -- he's rigged it. Common sense and statistics too.

(If you were to specify a pattern afetr the toss -- but before seeing the toss results -- the same. Rigged.)
