Lets say your accidental posting to Balrogg was not inferred by anyone to be directed to me
Would this information ever get transcribed and transmitted to it intended receiver?
Maybe you can calculate the probability in a purely natural environment
Again, I actually think a formal equation is not necessary.

Mr. B would read it, note that the quote was not his and probably notify me that I probably hit the wrong post in which case I would review, note and then post to you.
Yes, it would get to you.

In a purely random universe* the odds of the information reaching you would be no greater than 1 in 14.550941072021 × 10
179 -- and that's a modest approximation where only space and time are randomized. Since the true random odds are infinity divided by one, you can actually make them appear as slight as you wish short of that by introducing additional variables. It's the same game creationists play with information theory and probability statistics.
In keeping with such ID 'logic' (so to speak), clearly the information could only have reached you because God telegrammed it directly to you....
* I'm fairly certain that's what you mean by the incoherent way you're using the term "purely 'natural' environment"..

PS. And might I add that in a purely random universe the odds of the information reaching you would be no greater whether WildTurkey posted it "accidentally" to balrog666, posted it "correctly" to you, or didn't even post it at all.
