Over the years I've tried to follow the Shroud story with an open mind. There is much, much more to it than the casual sceptic knows. Faith cannot and should not depend on signs, but there are many things about the Shroud which are inexplicable - unless one accepts the simplest explanation, i.e. that it is authentic.

I've tipped heavily toward believing it's the actual shroud of Christ, considering the facts of the Sudarium of Oviedo.

The only other explanation I can think of is that it's a copy of an authentic shrough which may or may not still exist.
