Over the years I've tried to follow the Shroud story with an open mind. There is much, much more to it than the casual sceptic knows. Faith cannot and should not depend on signs, but there are many things about the Shroud which are inexplicable - unless one accepts the simplest explanation, i.e. that it is authentic.

The only other explanation I can think of is that it's a copy of an authentic shrough which may or may not still exist.
