The other children are 7 and 5, which is a major difference from 14. The charges sound good to me, but perhaps a bit light. They could file separate charges for each individual incident. I guess they're going easy on him because of his clear record. It'll be worse if there's a next time...
I agree 14 is different than 7 and 5, but the point is if this guy had a major temper problem, im sure when his temper flared he wouldnt stop to consider age.
