It doesn't work that way. The time to decide on this man's confirmation is now; then you are stuck with the consequences. Frankly, I would rather have a pro-choice baby killer who supports a Supreme Court decision, then an AG who is unable to follow something as basic as our Constitution. At least with the pro-choice guy, you can change the law; not so with Gonzalez, who knows better and is above the law.

The GOP can do better, and real conservatives deserve much better then this guy.
