Not terrorism. Individual called "deranged" manuevered Jeep onto tracks. Changed mind about taking his own life, got out and stood by as train struck his Jeep, then as second train hit derailed first train. Injured transported to 15 different hospitals.
Suspect in custody, will be charged with homicide.
