I saw that too, homemom, and think you're right. As usual, Barney was going off in a direction only a Scottish terrier would understand, and the President was trying to get him going toward the WH. Those little tidbits between GWB and that dog make me happy every time.
It makes me feel not so bad when my dogs don't listen to me!
