I have to indulge about 5 times a year in a big, greasy burger. But when I'm choosing the meal around my house, it's going to be grilled fish and green veggies or something like that.

We've been doing the Atkin's thing--cutting out sugar and flour--and I can sure tell the difference in taste and how I feel when I eat sugar and/or flour.
