I want the Eagles to lose. They showed all the fans and how worked up they are this morning. I hate to say it but I want to see them depressed.
:( I'm an Eagles fan, you want a fellow freeper depressed? sniff sniff sniff

No Zamboni, but this guy seems to be doing a good job eating the snow off the field..(definitely not recommended in Philly)

Hey!
Your answering post didn't have a pandering panache.
I care about as much for football as I do about who get the DNC Chair.
This just had the feel of fun to be had from fool'sball fans.

With thermometer shuddering at 13 below zero and a wind chill of minus 46, Bart Starr scores winning touchdown from 1-yard line.....................
WHO will be the Starr?

ATLANTA AREA FREEPERS
Who is this "John Kincade" person on my radio? He claims to have a show on an Atlanta Sports/Talk radio station.
I ask because he's not only bad-mouthing the Falcons, but Atlanta fans ("if the Falcons lose, Atlanta will go on tomorrow like nothing happened").
If one of our guys pulled a stunt like that, we'd greet him at the airport with pitchforks and torches.

Hey friend long time no talk. I'm ready but not excited, to leary to get excited. Fox is on live already with the pre-game show and Simineou is limping pretty badly. I'm stuck in they plowed my street and my car is, well you know, buried!

Forcast for the Philly game calls for wind chill readings around zero all day. North wind gusts from 25-35 mph

where, in town? I'm SE of the city by 30 minutes, here it's -9.

Gonna have to be some short field goals to make that score- they say the wind is going to be howlin'.
To: gopwinsin04
Akers knows the Linc well, that should help somewhat. He's used to the swirling winds.
To: infidel29
This was from a weather spotter in Alleghany Co., winds a little less than Philly 'only' gusts of 25mph from the north..but colder windchills overall

I have a strange thing about spreading the Championships around...No-one should be perrennial champs.

The Field has heaters. I think the cold is going to effect the Eagles passing game, and give the Falcons the favor on the rushing game. The Eagles do not have their top Wide Receiver. The Falcons are number 1 in rushing. Atlanta has a three headed monster between Warrick Dunn, TJ Duckett, and Michael Vick.

Perfect football weather, esp. running game. I look for an early breakout in the scoring
Pitt/Pats: One thing going for Pats is Bill Bel. Never underestimate his defensive razzle dazzle.

No way that many points scored in either game!
