90% of the "wall" will not be a wall at all when it is completed...it will be a fence, just like the fence that separates the U.S. from Mexico. The 10% of the barrier that is made of concrete had to be that way because that's the places where snipers were picking off people and an open fence would not prevent that.

What percentage of pictures in this article show "fence" as opposed to "wall?" The article makes it looks likes 90% wall and 10% fence...the exact opposite of what it will be in reality.

You are absolutely correct. This barrier is 90% enhanced fencing with sensors and roads for quick IDF response to Muslim infiltration

Walls are only being built in the Jerusalem area and a few other urban "hot spots" to eliminate the danger of open fire sniping. That's less than 10% of the overall barrier. Most of the fence is just that - fence with alarms and built-in infiltration measures and dirt roads. Sure it inconveniences the Arabs but Israelis are prepared to put up with inconveniences to their neighbors to stay alive. Besides as Robert Frost once put it so aptly, "good fences make good neighbors."
