Yes, Bastardi should get credit for that. He was the only one who saw the storm coming for the Northeast. Everybody else had it sliding out to sea well south of New England.

Here in Chelmsford, the snow is now thick and heavy. For the first two hours, the flakes were fine but now they are much bigger and it's piling up fast. Over three inches of snow so far with an inch of it over the past half hour. Air temperature is still just 9 degrees!

9? Must be nice. It's 4 here. windchill of -13. Thank goodness we don't have anywhere we have to go this weekend. Broadband Net connection and digital cable awaits us...
