The mother in law got us this fancy weather device so I can report:
We just bottomed out this morning at minus 11.6 degrees in northwest CT.
I just told the dog he can't walk until it warms up to minus five. :-)

I am north of Springfield and the lastest I have heard we could get 20-30 inches, NW hills CT included.
