They played strange stuff on Night Flight!
I was a Night Flight fan. The original VH1 was AM radio. MTV was pop FM. But NightFlight was the college station that had no business being on the air so it played anything.
Night Flight played anything from Grandmaster Flash to Motorhead to Suicidal Tendancies to The Tubes to Art of Noise. They also played odd movies and rock documentaries such as one on Journey's Captured with concert footage.
