Oh these lying crooked liberals are laying in wait to make this the most "religious" event of the new century.
Hillry has already made this a "what would Jesus do" crisis, how will she ever get to the White House without new voters?
The left did not equate President Bush to 'hitler-like' for nothing.
What are you babbling ?
"What are you babbling ?"
Touch a nerve???
>> Is it ethical for the Mexican government to export annually 1 million to 2 million of its unwanted citizens to avoid long-overdue reform (snip)
>> Is it moral for employers to count on illegal industrious workers, usually without English or education, to undercut the wages of American citizens (snip)
>> Is it so liberal that governments must pay for those who ignore the law while citizens go without? (snip)
>>Is it so fair to assume that the unemployed in our midst over 10 percent of the work force in many counties of the American Southwest that are most affected by illegal immigration cannot find entry-level work? No wonder we insist that no one can discover a citizen to mow the lawn or cook his food as if 30 years ago our yards were weedy and we did not eat out, as if states without illegal aliens have poor landscaping and empty restaurants. Picking an illegal worker up at the local lumber yard, paying him in cash for a day of digging, and then dumping him on the curb at twilight "out of sight, out of mind" is neither liberal nor humane even if done in Santa Cruz or Carmel.<<
>> And is it equitable that laws must be sacred for most, but not for some? (snip)
>> Who, then, is the real moralist? Is it the police officer who stops an illegal alien but cannot call immigration authorities? (snip)
>> Or is it the rest of us, who in fear of being slurred as "racists" or "nativists" often keep silent just when candor and honesty on all sides are needed now if we are to avoid becoming an amoral apartheid society with a permanent underclass in the shadows? (snip)
I can imagine the resident open border clowns & buffoons hovering over this thread, waiting for any reason to leap in with their racism straw horse.
Just as Hansen says, its all they got.
Answering a question with a question/accusation is what the intellectually bankrupt do.
Gee, if I didn't know any better I'd say you've described living conditions in a banana republic.....good thing we live in this wonderful democracy of ours.
Deport them all!!
Have you ever known a family who literally lives hand to mouth everyday of the week. They do live under conditions that aren't much different than those in a banana republic.
Thankfully, I have never been that poor but I have helped a few who were. My requirement was to be an American citizen....neighbors 1st!
20 million illegals in the US? How could we ever deport 20 million illegals? We're scr#@wed!
Think France would take them?
Many Mexican illegals go back to Mexico at Christmas. If the border was properly controlled, the US Government could stop them from coming back.
Fox Greets Mexican Migrants
Vicente Fox visited the U.S. border Tuesday to greet Mexican workers returning home for the holidays and encourage customs officials to treat them with respect. -- Unlike last year, when a long line of people clamored to shake the hand of their new leader, Fox found a subdued mood: Returning migrants went about their business of getting permits to bring their cars into Mexico as the president walked by, surrounded by officials. -- A year after Fox made his first trip to the border to show migrants he was serious about helping them, many say little has changed.
