There has to be more then just a phone call. The FBI wouldnt be "on the hunt" and it wouldnt be a drudge headline if there wasnt some real meat to this story. Im sure they get 100 pranks a day talking about bombs.
More than just a phone call. The person that called, thru pictures of the men over a fence at the border, then took off. He refused to meet any other way.
