I'll second that. And let's face it, what would it do to your faith or mine if it was verified one way or the other?

You're right - the shroud is fake and here's proof.
First of all the face on the shroud looks too good.
Is 52:14
As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
Secondly his head and face were wrapped in a seperate cloth
John 20:7
And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.
As a trained bible scholar wouldn't you agree that these 2 verses prove the shroud a fake?
