Hi, Judith Anne. I see you've been following the BTK thing, too. Sorry, I can't fit a BTK note into it. His notes are pen and paper, anyway...not keyboard and chatroom.
Also, he strangled most of his victims to death.
OTOH, most cybersleuths (and some real detectives too) believe he is an immigrant. His voice, on a police phone tape, sounds Hispanic, and with a little stretch, could even be Egyptian!
