The Fourteenth Amendment requires that
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The State of Florida, through the rogue death-decree judge, plans to deprive Teri Schiavo of her inalienable right to life, endowed by our Creator, without any reasonable due process of law; she didn't commit any crime, insofar as I can tell.

I'll repeat it one more time. This case isn't about Terri. It's about the constitutionality of Terri's Law under the Florida Constitution.

This is about that law. Until people grasp the difference they're going to make silly comments on this thread.
