I suspect the perps have already safely landed in Saudi Arabia and are celebrating. I don't imagine they would stick around, but head to the safety of the mother land. I do, however, hope I am completely wrong.
Either that, or they have headed up to Canada where they can join a gazillion of their relatives.
Or maybe they were "imported" and have already left the country, either by air or driving up to Canada.
