If either the Vikings or Rams defense can show it can play playoff football like they did last week, they will become the team to beat in the NFC, home field or not.

Yes, after 16 games, the Viking D may have a clue now. They lost many games this year in the last minute because their D could not hold the opposition. The linebackers were the biggest problem - they played horrible. Secondary play good, and the Vikes D-line played good.

You know, once you make the playoffs, your record is 0-0 again, and it's a whole new season. It's how your team is at the end of the season that matters, which is why Philly stock is down and Rams stock way way up.
