That should have been tackled LOOOONG before he got near the sidelines. It's all because the guy fell, he had the lane but he lost his chance to make the tackle.
They seemed to think he was just running along, following the play.
Yeah, you normally don't get a chance to appreciate the athleticism of the officials.
Looks like it, that's my best guess. Looks like he overextended his stride trying to follow Moss.
Moss is so fast - that just shocked me. He was just on serious overdrive there.
