Fox News: FBI says suspicious activity along Inaugural route. People walking around taking notes on buildings along route. Not sure if it's terrorist activity or not.

Can't believe it took so long for this to make it to Breaking News. I was sitting right by my computer when Fox reported it, but I was just SURE there was a freeper out there who was quicker on the draw than I, so I didn't try to post.
