You've taken a lot of unnecessary heat on this thread. I don't like it.
I believe the overwhelming majority of LEO's are damned good people. No, I have no family members in law enforcement.....but I appreciate what you do.
Don't you sweat it. God bless you, and may God bless your compatriots who truly put it on the line for the citizens whom they are sworn to protect. It may appear to be a thankless job at times...............but trust me, it isn't.
