Get everyones name and post it to a section of your homepage. Cut and paste it when you need to ping them, or if someone else needs it they can cut and paste it.

Open up wordpad and type the names you would like to ping. Separate them by a semi-colon (;)or comma (,) Then cut and paste them into the to field to ping them.
