Once again Kerry was absent because he was continuing his campaign. No, not the presidential campaign...his 40-year campaign to undermine the will of our armed forces in combat. This time he was in Iraq, not Paris.

Maurice Hinchey (New York - 22) is also not a member of CBC.

How rest of CBC voted [or did not vote]:

NAY

Bishop , Maryland
Cummings , Georgia
Meek , Florida
Scott , Georgia
Scott , Virginia
Watt , North Carolina

NOT VOTING

Fattah , Pennsylvania
Ford , Tennessee
Meeks , New York
Millender-McDonald , California
Rangel , New York
Rush , Illinois
Towns , New York
Wynn , Maryland
and Jefferson , Louisiana [my 2000 redistricted rep. It was Vitter - can I claim I was disenfranchised by redistrciting??]

Like I have said before, in her district, if Art Modell was the Democratic candidate, he would still win.
