I am not sure, but they have a DVD of the Best of Will Farrell and I don't know if that skit is on it.

As soon as I saw your tagline, I knew what it was.

I didn't. The senior officer did. I was an observer. As I said, my call would have been different, and it would have been different on two counts. The guy didn't look or act drunk, and he didn't look like a chronic drinker. So much for my abilities on the second call. A serial killer doesn't look like my image of a serial killer either. I learned to set that stuff aside.

I have no doubt about that. In college, kids were often hospitalized with BAC of 2.5 and higher.

Hold muh keg alert!

I would wager that it's impossible to get to that BA level drinking merely beer.

Which goes to probable cause; my guess is that if you stopped 100 people at 1:00A.M. on any given night you could pinch 10.

I disagree with that conclusion. I was stopped for DUI in Hawaii about 25 year ago, and was given a field sobriety test which I assume I passed, because I had 1 beer about 1 hour before the stop. (Honest, I have no reason to lie to you). I went on my merry way, 5 minutes later.

After the fact, I concluded that I'd stopped and had dinner at a joint that had a high incidence of tourist DUI tag and and releases, that the local cops fed on. Perfectly legit. I hope they got close to their quota every day.

If Dracula is in Bulgaria, he could get sloshed drinking a couple pints of this guy's blood. It's almost as alcoholic as a light beer.

I have excops in my family and have several friends who are cops. If you get pulled over and asked to do a sobriety test, it is a mere formality. You are going to be asked to blow 99 times out of a hundred.

Were you driving erratically? If not you really need to reread or read the Constitution. You don't have a basic understanding of it or the Bill of Rights.

I just read another of your posts. Are you an officer? If so throw that BS you said out the window. You were extended PC. The only way a cop gets DUI'd is if he has a wreck.

My experience in Europe was they pretty much made everyone blow into a field tester when there was an accident.

I had a guy cross into my lane on a curve, and head on me. The Bobbies had me blow into a filed tester along with the dude that was at fault. They did this after numerous witness statements of what happened.

Just the way they do things

Oh, I see, with that you HAVE to stay drunk ALL the time. Probably kill him to stop now..

Yep. One one of these autopsy/forensic shows recently, the ME discovered that a man who collapsed and died in a parking lot was killed by quitting drinking the week before. His system was so used to burning alcohol for fuel that the switch to sobriety killed him.

My dad was a carpenter, I grew up on jobsites. Every single painter I knew was an alcoholic. Most neded a tallboy to get them to the beer joint after work. If they were sober they could not work, shacks.

five separate lab tests taken the same day confirmed the man's blood-alcohol level of 0.914.

SENSEI!

That can't be right. I've seen a hardened alcoholic live through a .63, but .914? I'd double and triple-check their equipment before believing that.

If beer did do this his kidneys are going to give out before his liver.
