Cyn, that sounds downright snarky, doesn't it? Like maybe Chrissie thought Clinton wanted to do something on his own and Bush cornered him?

I have been babysitting most of the day and so am trying to catch up. Matthews' rants make me think that the Bush Administration is on the right track.
Oh, ans as regards Carter not being asked...Matthews is upset because he was a speechwritier for Carter. LOL!
