Well then it's my error and I apologize! I thought the story I posted which said this from my post:

A group calling itself the Islamic Army In Iraq threatened to transfer the battle in 2005 into inside the USA. It said in a statement on the Internet that the American people will be deprived during the few coming days from security which its government aims to achieve. This came at a time when attacks and explosions continued in various parts of Iraq, most of them concentrated in the capital and areas situated to its north.

No problem. Just another in the ongoing exchange over the "already been posted" debate. The way I see it, true duplicate posts, same article, same source should be controlled. That goes for, say, the exact same AP or other wire service story posted at two different web news sites.

But on two original articles on the same news event, I don't think we want to stifle that kind of input to FR. How news is reported is as important to FR as what is being reported. Best Regards!
